Lauren Ehredt is a Board Certified, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As a passionate caregiver and proponent of holistic mental health treatment for adults, she offers the following services to her patients: psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy, and nutrition and wellness counseling as a component of an integrative psychiatric treatment plan. She specializes in treating mood disorders (bipolar disorder, depressive disorders), substance use disorders (opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder, Suboxone prescriber), anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety disorder, OCD, PTSD), personality disorders, and sleep and wake disorders, among others. Lauren has eighteen years of experience in the RVA healthcare system. She worked as an attending psychiatric provider at Central State Hospital for five years before transitioning to full-time private practice. Her work at CSH provided her with unparalleled experience caring for patients with major mental illness.
