Treatment begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to better understand your symptoms, needs, and overall mental health. This assessment helps guide an accurate diagnosis and allows your provider to develop a personalized treatment plan. Evidence-based approaches—such as medication, therapy, or a combination of both—are then used to help manage symptoms and support long-term well-being. For individuals who may benefit from additional support, emotional support animal (ESA) letters can also be provided for a fee as part of your care.

Bipolar Disorder is marked by extreme mood shifts, including emotional highs (mania or hypomania) and lows (depression). These mood changes can impact energy levels, judgment, and functioning.
